Leupold Dual Dovetail (DD) bases and rings are one of the brand’s strongest mount systems, designed for standard to magnum caliber rifles with high recoils. This model specifically fits a Savage 10/110 Round Receiver and is especially popular for handguns and large caliber rifles. Leupold steel DD rings use a twist-and-lock action to ensure a strong connection with 1-piece or 2-piece DD bases, while the dovetail feature on the front and back of the mount allow for a precise sight-in. The rings come in a wide range of heights, and with certain scopes and rifles, the DD system can get your optic low enough to the receiver to appear more like an open sight.
